I think it's due to censorship by the chinese devs.

It's not just this character, it only affects the Black Ops: Cold War characters specifically the Soviet characters.

    Yep, even the Star from ak47 ICB skin has been removed. Honestly it’s unnecessary, like, seeing a red star obviously won’t make me the next Stalin.
