Help me oc my rx6550m (mobile)

I have a msi bravo 15 b7ed which has a r5 7535hs and rx6550m 4gb gddr6 , its impossible to even hit 60 fps in new games without fsr in medium settings 1080p
I have recently changed my thermal paste to thermal greezly conductonaut extreme and my temps are really good so i wanted to squeeze out some extra juice from the gpu but it seems to be locked from everywhere and I'm new to overclocking.
The temps stays are 74c for gpu

There is no tuning option in adrenaline, afterburner doesnt works too
I would be very glad if someone is able to help me, i want to play ue4 and ue5 games on this laptop with medium settings 60fps atleast

The witcher 3 next gen is running on fsr balance with quality low and medium mostly 1080p
