Why this didn’t happen sooner is absolutely bonkers to me. As soon as Starfield flopped, Microsoft should have put the pedal to the metal on the next Elder Scrolls and Fallout games. These are two massive IP’s that have been sitting dormant now for over a decade.

I know people are going to say this is a long way off, i doubt it. Microsoft will push this out quickly to capitalize on the success of the show. I would guess 3 years and a New Vegas remaster done in the same way as oblivion by next year.

I dont understand why they didn’t do a follow up game a couple of years after fallout 4 using the same base game but totally reskinned, which is essentially what new Vegas was.
Fallout 4 was immensely popular and successful and another, similar fallout game a few years later would have sold amazingly well and had way lower dev costs.
