I'm looking for some help with subtimings. Unfortunately, there isn't much reference material out there, especially for 2x32GB M-die on the newer chips. Also, ZenTimings shows VSOC and VDDIO incorrectly, it's actually set to 1.22 and 1.4V.

do u have legacy mode/latency killer activated ? ur aida latency is kinda to low.

ur RCDWR can also go 12-16
is ur vsoc capped at 1.22 at 6200? if not try to lower it. 1.15~ should be not inpossible. if it can go below 1.18 u should consider 6400 with nearly same settings. maybe higher RFC
