My V decapitated all scavengers/Maelstrom/VDB/Tyger Claws/Arasaka/Militech she came across. She also knocked out civilians to draw out NCPD and then sliced NCPD to draw out the Maxtac regularly. That’s like thousands of murders. Not even Saul Goodman could help her if she ever ends up in custody.

What are the mods (or sliders) used for the face and hair?
None, Arasaka and Miltech have active interests in V for various jobs, so NCPD shows up they chase but then leave you alone when corporations tell them to stop, that’s why your wanted levels go away.
How are your V’s so wonderful looking lol. I can never get these kinds of results. Possible without mods?
None, V can solo MaxTac.

My V will probably be fine actually. My V has killed hundreds of people but so far all traceable kills are in situations were use of lethal force is permissible for an NCPD subcontractor. Bringing in known murderers anyway, for example.

On one hand, my V is a usually a cyberpsycho chromed to the teeth, and usually some sort of sandy build, very ruthlessly killing anything that won’t get my a wanted level, so definitely serving a lot of time.
