They changed it so that now they start appearing after the first circle in verdansk.
They nerfed it, have to wait until they spawn in later in the game and even then there’s only a handful compared to before they changed it
Also they don’t appear in casual solos anymore iirc
I hate this change honestly. Now even more people want to do recon, which is not only boring, but super pointless at the start of the game. I get that some people like the easy stuff to level weapons, but often enough I’ve had games where people want to do recon after recon, nothing else and they just decide to sit in the 7th circle all game.
