Why No Response With My Account Issues?

After I investigated the cause of my account being hacked many times, I received a message from fake customer service, with the name service@pubgm-helpshift.com

• 1st hacked on 16 July 2024
  account recovery successful on 5 August 2024

-on august 7, 2024 i received an email from fake customer service service@pubgm-helpshift.com (I feel like I was attacked a long time ago), I received a request for a login code to my pubg mobile email linked

• 2nd hacked 16 October 2024
  on 17 October 2024 I filed a claim account recovery in-game use my personal email

19 October 2024 fake customer service asked for new account registration code to my personal gmail use account recovery and i sent them the code and i was shocked my account was linked to level 1 account! UID: 52016892550 (account deleted on 28 October 2024)

account recovery success and I played until estimate April 2025

estimate about 3 weeks to 1 month after buying xsuit anukhra event i didn't play for few days until my account was hacked (I don't know the exact date)
my gmail account attack by hacker again, hacker got into my account and i managed to recover gmail account but pubg mobile account has been stolen

I'm contacted customer service service@pubgmobile.com and filled out the tencent google form and twitter account using my device Asus ROG Phone 5

Twitter recovery success then I login to my account but unable to unlink hacker's email link because the link was just changed on June 22, 2025 and after few minutes my Twitter account login to new account level 1(twitter account forcibly deleted by hacker)
Previously I filed a complaint via ingame and outside the game to delete the hacker's email address

– Gmail recovery: success
– Twitter recovery: success but unlinked by hacker
– Claim out game PUBG mobile: rejected
– Claim in game PUBG mobile: unknown (unable to login)

I have proof of full UC purchase from midasbuy and prime plus subscription in the last 1 year and subscription payments are still ongoing today, using my VISA card ….2100 / ….0614

ILLOGICAL ANSWER THE DECISION TO REJECTED ACCOUNT RECOVERY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM DETECTED WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE MADE BY THEM (PROHIBITING ACCOUNT SHARING OR SELLING ACCOUNTS) UNABLE TO DETERMINE ACCOUNT OWNER, HOW CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT DETERMINE ACCOUNT OWNER? A LARGE COMPANY AND A GAME THAT MAKES MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN PROFIT CANNOT PROVIDE BEST SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS GAME, MY SUGGESTION IS BETTER TO LEARN HOW ACCOUNT HACKED WORKS AFTER IT WAS SOLD OR WHATEVER BY HACKER, I'M REAL ACCOUNT OWNER DOESN'T KNOW, AND NO RESPONSE ANYMORE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE PUBG MOBILE (service@pubgmobile.com), PLEASE DON'T ALLOW HACKER USING MY PUBG MOBILE ACCOUNT, PLEASE BANNED MY ACCOUNT 5550509557 IF NOT POSSIBLE TO RECOVER, WIN TO WIN SOLUTION IS BANNED!

not only pubg mobile accounts was hacked, I also lost my steam and rockstar account (GTA V & RDR 2) and customer service was very fast ONLY 1 HOUR, SEE JUST 1 HOUR with proof of ownership to recover my account. PUBG MOBILE! It's been almost a month since I've been able to recover my account.

I apologize for the poor language, my suggestion is to improve it further and solve the problem I experienced as well as possible, I hope PUBG Mobile will be more successfully to fix all problem about account recovery another player If their account is hacked, I simply won't play and never spend money on games with bad customer support.
