I delidded my i7 8700k 7 years ago, never OC'd it until today.
Small fft 68c stock clock and now 4.8ghz 1.28v 66c, should i keep it like this if its stable or go 5ghz?

How much power is it pulling?
You have the headroom to go higher you can try 5ghz, hopefully it doesn’t need too much voltage. Then you should also oc the ring and the memory, they’ll definitely help more than an extra 200mhz on the core
you could have used ptm7950 or custom blends of it, same effective thermal transfer as liquid metal without the problems liquid metal carries with itself with way better endurance than anything on the market
