If it’s built into the phone, it’s fine (as long as it’s not blatant cheats), but you can’t use a 3rd party app for anything

I use Xperia 1 iv and use its game enhancer overlay all the time. You’ll be fine.
If it’s inbuilt, no. Why? Because the moment the device detects that a game has been launched, those features too launch automatically so NO, you’re not getting banned
