Some cheats allow you to fake everything on the lobby. You can fake medals, skins and even rank, and everyone else on the lobby will see it

I saw something similar with a guy pretending to be AleksiB with a Copenhagen trophy on display, but when I clicked on it I got linked to JLs trophy/inventory
