I bought a broken thinkpad x270… cracks and chips, overheating. Got it working and made it into my own cyberpunk laptop. It runs Debian xfce.

I had some black, gold and red spray paint. Picked up some circuitry type stencils, stickers and just let my inner schizophrenia out with a marker here and there. Really wanted to hit the grime and the punk element of cyberpunk. It's a more utilitarian build than my last one.

Also, I created a script with the hacker video/laptop intros from the movie Hackers 1995. Pressing super plus Z or super plus home plays their video intro and changes the backgrounds accordingly. I put it in some gifs for y'all.
