Read speed seems awfully slow?
Nitro at 1 2 1, SOC at 1.27
9800x3d + Asrock B850 Pro-A + DR Hynix A-Die Kingston 5600mhz CL36 kit rated at 1.25v
Passed 6 hours of Aida64 CPU + Cache + RAM and Memtest64 8 hours.
Not stable at 6400/2133 or cl26 in this config.

Read/Copy are bottlenecked by FCLK
Maybe try SCL 5/5 or 6/6
What temps do you get? DR and 1.5V must hit hard, no?
