You need to do a lot of learning. Watch YouTube and read topics about it. RAM tweaking and overclocking is an advanced skill
Try setting fclk to 2000 and in bios mclk=flck instead of 1/2 ratio. It might help a little, but otherwise, try going down 1 at a time on the three top left numbers that are set to 40 rn just go slowly and if you get thrown into safe mode or go back up a step
