So many roster moves these days seem to be loans of some sort. Seems to be a fairly new trend since I don’t remember it happening a couple of years ago? It would be interesting to hear someone with some level of insider knowledge of these deals talk about why they are so common nowadays and what are the advantages and disadvantages.
