If you want to set and forget, none of those are particularly great without further changes. XMP/EXPO-6400 is the best option presented, but if you have not adjusted anything else, you’ll be in 2:1 mode.
It would be worth trying EXPO6400 with 1:1 MCLK=UCLK and vSoC 1.25 to see if you are stable.

You may not be able to run 6400 in 1:1 mode. It’s CPU dependent and silicon lottery. I cant do 6400.
First, set expo.
Second, set uclk=mclk
Third, set vsoc to 1.3
Now run two of the following stress tests for at least an hour. One after the other.
Testmem5 (the github Foss version), occt memory (free to use but begs for donations), prime95 (foss), karhu (paid), Linpack vt3 (free to use, might be FOSS). I recommend tm5 and occt.
Foss = free and open source software
Free to use = closed source, but can be used without paying
Paid = paid software
If you BSOD, restart, or fail the tests try 6200 1:1 mclk uclk. You will need to reset mclk: uclk 1:1 mode in some motherboards.
6400 is not guaranteed. my cpu can’t do it.
If you pass, run tm5, linpack, or prime95 overnight.
If you still pass put in buildzoids easy hynix 16gb timings if you are 2x16gb. If you are a different kit let me know. DO NOT SET VSOC TO 1.25 though.
Finally, lower vsoc by 0.01 and run tm5, linpack vt3, or prime95 overnight. Keep doing this until you find the minimum.

Once done, try raising fclk to 2133.
