I have 48GB x 2 – F5-6400J3239F48G kits which I have paired with 9950x3d. This is my first time tweaking ram timings and underclocking CPU. I have taken guidance from Bullzoid's video and the discussion here on this sub-reddit. Image attached is what I have been able to achieve and the stability look good unless I have missed something.

  • Tested 2300% Kharu
  • TM5 – DDR5 Ryzen 3D Profile@anta777 which I believe completed with 9 cycles
  • OCCT CPU with Corecycler 1 hour each with SSE and AVX2
  • y-cruncher for 2 hours

I did try for 6200 CL30 but I was getting BSODs during testing. I don't want to raise voltages further due to high ambient.

On my 9950X3D, I have:

  • CO – CCD0: -16, CCD1: -11
  • CS: -20, -15, -10
  • CPU Voltage offset: -100 mv
  • PPT: 230W
  • TDC: 190A
  • EDC: 200A

I'm very new to this. Please guide me if there is a scope to improve or fix issues.

PS: I have a fan on memory as I'm running 1.45 VDD and my ambient is usually 32C

I would *highly* recommend doing memory overclock stability tests with PBO/CPB off. I had a CPU overclock, 12 hour+ on VT3 and OCCT be actually unstable, making me waste time.

You likely do not need vSoC 1.24V for 6000MT/s with GDM on. I would also recommend trying to turn off GDM at your current vSoC.

What are you Nitro settings? You PHY timings seem quite tight.
