Picked this project because I immediately thought of Johnny when reading the brief. Very happy with how it turned out, with the prosthetic being controlled using electrical impulses from my upper forearm.
thats really cool, will your masterthesis be uploaded somewhere?
Drturkelten
Very nice! How do you get those “electrical impulses”?
Giocri
Very cool project but i bet you can make it way way more reactive, keep improving it

What’s your major? I plan on going into the prosthetics field and I’m curious what your masters program is.

I better if you insert a chip with ia on your brain.

Its crazy that people still use the Thalmic Labs Myoband. Then again there really hasnt been a cheap alternative since they went under.

What’s the next step? Figuring out the latency or did you have something else in mind?

Call your project chippin’ in
Interesting_Mix_7028
Only thing needing improvement (operations wise) is the latency, but I’m sure the proper coprocessor in your neocortex would handle that, choom. 🙂
SprightlyCompanion
How could you not flip the bird?!! Even just at the end so you can edit it out depending on where you post. Great work, bravo!
FightingBlaze77
You are so getting that degree, but I wonder, how would you solve that delay? would it be just the code? or something on the hardware side?
pichael289
How do you think a leg would work? I kinda hate these shitty ones I got and Im really hoping to see a day when I can get em replaced with cool ass cyber legs, set them to autopilot and take a nap while my ass walks itself to work.
mikolajwisal
Damn, are you sporting a sandevistan? The reaction times are insane.
(I know it’s a prototype project, don’t need to explain. It’s cool anyway, lemme make a joke)
fallendiscrete
Looks sick – I’m not saying you should take my advice but hear me out. Finger Flame Thrower. No one would expect it, Johnny would be proud.
