Can someone help me get my RAM in order?
Ever since I updated the BIOS from version 3.20 to 3.25 on my ASRock motherboard, my memory has been very unstable and is showing quite high latency—around 69ns (previously it was 61.5ns).
My RAM kit is Kingston Fury Renegade 2x16GB 6000MHz CL32 A-Die.

(You could also try 6200 with more vSOC, and about 1.42 vdd/vddq/vddio (maybe lower?))
and maybe a little more vddp
alternatively, you could go CL28 with a little more VDD and maybe even lower tRCD /tRP/tRAS/tRC
