Today I stopped at Walmart to shop for a cheap lawn chair and discovered that Walmart now sells PC parts. I noticed they had a singular 5070ti on display, as well as some really nice Ryzen CPUs. What caught me completely off guard was the 549.99 USD price tag. Having not had shopped for computer parts for a very long time, I didn’t immediately realize the mistake, but it still seemed off. After checking out, my partner and I got dinner next door, and afterwards I did a quick google search for the 5070ti msrp. Needlessly to say, I ran back. When they rang up the GPU, it scanned for about $780, but luckily they thought it was a mistake, because they didn’t know the difference between 5070 and the 5070ti. Shoutout to the manager for approving this! Time to build a PC

Wow that is amazing even getting it at the msrp of 750 is a challenge
i cant believe walmart carries gpus
Now that is a huge W right there!
Nice. Thats literally almost half of what I paid for my ASUS TUF 5070 Ti.
4090 performance at $500! The more you buy the more you save
Congrats on a steal!
Damn i paid $850 for the exact same model like 3 months ago… happy for you :/
I’m envious.
I bought a used 5070ti tuf for $750. I thought I got a good deal. Wow
Are they anywhere in particular in the electronic section? I look every time I go and never see any GPU or CPU. I did just snag an ASUS tuff 1440 monitor at Walmart but that’s not a huge ordeal

That’s insane
Jealous! Got mine at MSRP, would’ve loved to spend $549 lol
Would ask if I can have you ship one to me but I forgot I traded my pc for a laptop 😭
Not bad. I bought my 4070 Ti a year and a half ago for $520, albeit a used one. It’s kind of where it should be for pricing, so good for you.
I can now sell my 4070 Ti today for about 2x what I paid, just insane market that make zero sense. I look forward to the continuous drops in price. The new Supers coming out soon is also going to mess a lot with the pricing of the non-supers littering the shelves. My local Micro Center alone has nearly a thousand video cards, just one store, in stock, nearly every skew just stacks of cards. Everything brand new short of a 5080 or 4090 or 5090 is at or near MSRP now after just a few months of releases. Nobody has money to buy at these absurd prices. All the Supers are just going to keep shoving those prices on down. It should be fun!
