Mini ITX nuclear Fission build ? sadly you can just adjust your fan curve for less noise,that’s it !
Have you tried turning it off and back on?
Have you tried submerging the entire pc in liquid nitrogen?
TF? Is the pc on top of a Tungsten Cooling rod?
