I live in an area of the UK where the FTTP infastructure has not yet been built, so i am restricted to about 40mb Download and about 7mb Upload.

I have great ping – sometimes as low as 15ms.

Back in MW2019 when textures were loaded from memory, i was able to play the game at high texture resolution, but since On-demand texture streaming became a mandatory setting, i am only able to play on low texture resolution without the game hitching and rubber banding all the time.

Doesn't matter what i'm playing either. MW3, Warzone, BO6, basically every game that has mandated this setting is forcing me to play with dogshit graphics or else it becomes unplayable.

Activision have done a bunch of pointless shit in recent years, but this has to top it off for me, what are they smoking over there ?

People didnt like 250 GB download size, so this is the way activision fixed it

It is 100% not an issue with your connection, if your Stats are True.
I have 3,5Mb/s down and 5Mb/s and i dont have issues like that.

From the picture you have Show, your settings regarding the Texture streaming is not configured right.

  3. I use a dns block on hosts to block any kind of comms to streaming textures 😉
