I have hdr turned off too, but I think it keeps enabling itself because of how the screen freezes when I open and close the game

Dont use VRS ( dynamic lower Object rendering) in combination with Fidelity CaS (Postprocessing Sharpening Filter)
The Game will become a blurry mess with Texture and Rendering glitches
Search how to delete nvidia cache, by doing that you will force the game to restart the shader compilation loading thing and next time don’t change graphic settings mid game cuz it creates bugs like this
