Microsoft Edge has been a decent browser for years now… Not sure what you’re talking about? I guess you also install a separate antivirus too?
Edge is one of the best pdf viewers out there.

You can’t exit out of that first time questionare. You have to kill the process. No esc, no alt+f4, no Ctrl+w… Not even win+d
I must be a minority, I switched to Edge from Chrome due to their ugly UI in recent year.
Now that Google search sucks, and Chrome is working tirelessly to destroy adblock,
Edge is actually not that bad anymore. I use it when I need something Chromium based, since some stuff still rejects Firefox
At least Edge is well optimized and integrated in Windows, plus the fact that it can still run manifest v2 addons

Edge has pretty much been reskinned chrome for years, works great.
I use Edge for MS Rewards. And I disabled any ad blockers in it so I also use it to make purchases on cash back sites, since they don’t work with ad blockers.
It’s a fine browser. It’s not the shit IE was prior to Edge.

It’s crazy how many people think Edge is the same as Internet Explorer. It’s chromium based now, and it makes better use of that than google Chrome by far. It runs a bout 10x lighter than Chrome does too
Brave browser actually works like 98% of the time. It’s the best I’ve found so far but I honestly haven’t been looking that hard.
If you are using chrome then you don’t even have the required level to face – edge the better chromium.

I mean Edge definitely isn’t the best browser out there but it also isn’t the worst. I just hate the fact that they try to force it onto you with requiring it to be on your system because its integrated so deep into the OS. I’m really not a fan of things being forced onto me.

I use Edge as my personal browser and Chrome for work, since our software works better on Chrome.
I think maybe Microsoft should buy Firefox and replace edge with it.
Here come the Linux people of browsers to state how they used Edge this whole time & how “it’s good” like tech illiterate boomers/older folk did with internet explorer.
Honestly i use edge just because of the tab sleep function and it also consumes very little ram
Chromium Edge is goated, one of the best browsers there is nowadays.
The new edge has been better recently. If you are. Chrome user. Its plain dumb to not use edge as it comes pre installed and works very well in windows. In fact I use Edge everywhere. Windows, Mac and even in my iPhone
