    2013 and 8gb, doesn’t seem right.

Get real, 2013 was 1.5-2GB cards for mid range. Top was Titan. 6GB. This person would be blown away by 3060 12GB or 9060xt 16GB

Lol, they really do just need to kill the 8gb cards, or at the very least mark them down steeply.

    2013? Are there even 8GB GPU in 2013? Even the R9 390 is like a 2015 card. There’s one R9 290x vapor X that’s 8GB but it’s an end of 2014 card.

There were no 8gb GPUs in 2013 unless you count titan class cards that had 12gb. Let’s assume you don’t want to count that. Then we don’t get 8gb GPUs until 2015 in the form of 1080. That card cost $687 in today’s dollars.

These days that gets you a 5070 with 12gb VRAM, a 9060 with 16gb of VRAM, and a 9060xt with 16gb of VRAM if you get lucky. If you put a bit more cash together you can also get a 5070ti.

But maybe you did mean 2013 and you’re ok with considering the Titan Z. The card cost $3000 in 2013 (so about $4000 in today’s money). You can get a 5090 for that money and still have money left over.
