Ever since I got to know that you can assemble a pc, I have been obsessed with building one myself. The closest feeling I got to realising this dream was when my brother gifted me a GT 1030 for my 18th birthday and I plugged it into my old pc with i3 5th gen and 4 GB ram.
Today, after 12 hours of trying, I managed to put my first pc together.
I still can't believe that I did it, not can I believe that this is mine…

It looks great, have fun! 👍
I may be the only one to say: good job using the static strap, and it’s a nice one too!
I have fried a few boards and RAM sticks in my 30 some odd years, it’s a PITA but worth it when the alternative is overnight shipping at a premium price cause you zapped your board!
jesus my first pc looked very different when i was young
Congrats I have a fractal case and a death adder elite
100GB SATA? Is that an old drive or something?
Congrats and welcome to the tribe! We’re all a little fucked up.
Good job man, you did well! Great choices of components overall. Now go and enjoy it!
Look amazing! Be proud of yourself! Congrats and enjoy!
for future ref, the ground strap is great (probably does nothing because its painted) I havnt ever used one just touch something before you touch the pc and dont slide across the carpet etc
Congratulations my friend, you chose the case of culture I see.
