I am totaly new to overclocking and I got this for me to work around.
is it good ?

    You have to use a benchmark to see what performance increase you are getting and also if the games are crashing or not?

    This picture doesn’t really tell if anything is good or not.

    Download 3d mark from steam and run the steel nomad test at stock and then at your OC. See the score differences as a baseline.

    The programm also shows you lowest avg and highest score for your exact card so you will have something else to compare too.

    (Just keep in mind that people using 3d mark usually OC their PC so the average is usually skewed towards the higher end. Lots/Prolly most of the people there will have fine tuned CPU, RAM aswell)

    Overclocking can be hit and miss depending on your knowledge and experience, As you’re new to it I would suggest using the Nvidia app as it has a very good and safe overclocking feature that’s included.
