If there is any awesome sub £500 chair on Amazon I’m all ears.

Please don’t recommend SecretLab, I’ve seen many reviews that their seat cushion is rock solid.

I’ve heard Andaseat Kaiser 3 is pretty solid and so is Blacklyte

If you’re in the uk aeron international do refurb Herman Miller chairs within your budget

If you’re willing to spend £500 on a chair, I highly highly recommend you get a Herman Miller of some sort. They have a showroom in London and I’d urge you to go and sit on a bunch of the chairs and get a feel for which suits you best. I did exactly that and ended up with my Aeron that I’ve been using for almost 4 years now. I’ve sat in this chair for 12 hours straight without an ounce of an issue, no strain, no backpain, no discomfort, nothing. They really are great.

As others have said though, refurbished and second hand chairs on FBMP and other stores are also a good alternative that are within your budget. Keep a lookout for sales though on Herman Miller. I got mine for around £850, and whilst I appreciate that’s above your price range, all their brand new chairs come with a genuinely unbeatable 12 year no questions asked warranty. They’ve upheld their end of this warranty 3 times so far with minimal questions asked as well. Guaranteeing a chair for 12 years straight is a solid claim and that’s why I could easily justify the price tag.

Cokamy Atlas is greay but comfy, cheap, and matches well enough with or black.
