Meanwhile a certain PMC operative is wondering where his cardboard box went.
Kittysmashlol
Good thing they only put the giggles in the box and not the shit as well.
eight_ender
Well you’re a PC enthusiast the box is to live in after you buy a new GPU

I’ve been thinking for a while that these oversized boxes and multiple items in a order where only one thing was ordered is Amazon warehouse employees giving ~~Ol’ Dickhead~~ Bezos a giant middle finger. Amazon corporate doesn’t respect the workers, why should they respect Amazon’s bottom line?
Decent_Management449
my theory is they do this sometimes to make themselves “look busy”, or better yet, want to give their backs a rest from lifting a bunch of heavy boxes. self-rest, or optics.

It’s all shits and giggles until someone giggles and shits

Nyeah I have packed a box similar with an electrical trip switch for a consumer board and then filled it with shredded cardboard, but it’s mainly to pass time and to work less.
Or a packet of a4 sized labels, 30 in a pack jobbies.
Anyone?

Happened to me once with an SSD. It’s a packaging robot bug
coffeejn
No packing? Must be damaged, you are obligated to return it using the same package. /s
SameScale6793
They pulled a Bambu Lab lol
theLuminescentlion
no way the profit on a USB hub paid for a box that large
ExtraTNT
Holy shit, how did they get it even in the box? Would complain, they have to send in appropriate sized boxes… adding 20cm more per side will not cost much more and would be more than needed
IdealIdeas

Mr2-1782Man
Amazon does this to me all the time. I once ordered an SSD and it showed up in a box of about the same size with the same amount of packaging as you see in the pic.
Hivac-TLB
Alright someone sent me a 1000 fan hubs.

I used to work in a mail room. Whenever we were out of boxes of a certain size, we would just get a bigger box (sometimes we’d get the biggest box because they were used not as often as other sizes).
BrandHeck
I received a used GPU in a box that big and I thought that was ridiculous. But this takes the cake.
