Supracondylar humerus fracture, probably fell on it. It’s Gartland’s type III (completely displaced) with a dorsal shift and some proximal migration of the distal fragment. There is no rotational displacement (good!).
Given the history, and assuming mantuu doesn’t smoke and does not have any severe co-morbidities, I give it under 2 months to start physiotherapy. Should be back to playing by September. With a decent regimen, he will have the arm back to 70% function and strength by late October-early November.

Had this exact fracture on my left arm, with a metal plate and screws inserted.
1 year later it’s working at 100% function, i even hit the gym regularly with no issues in it.
He’ll be fine.
