Can someone help me tweak my DRAM timings?

So I got these two ddr4 2600/2666mhz ram (I bought them seperately). Both are Kingston brand but the DRAMs are different, the one with 2666mhz single ranked is Samsung while the 2600mhz dual ranked is micron. Both seem to have slightly different timings.

I am inexperienced when it comes to RAM tweaking but I wanted to try it.
Which JEDEC here is the best for each?
I noticed that both have same timings at 2133mhz which is 15, isn't lower latency better?(Timings) Or is it higher memory bandwidth better?(Clock speed). I am currently running it at 2133mhz and is running completely fine. I also don't know why I don't see Intel XMP here, only JEDECs.

I use an i3 9100f and a H370m HDV m.2 manufactured around 2023-2024 lol. I'm a casual gamer so it wouldn't matter but I just wanted to know which is better.

(I couldn't find a proper subreddit for this, but I thought that you overclockers have some knowledge about RAM tweaking)
