I'm once again at a loss about what is going on here. Everytime I get this up and running it appears to have no issues once I get into windows, the issues are coming up whenever I shutdown or restart my PC. I've got this to run 3 times now ran all the tests, even full memtest86 on my last run, but the issue of the reboot AFTER getting a successful boot is still an issue. I've done the extended memory training mode (Nitro) at 2x, 4x, and even 8x. Even if I put the values in manually, even the extended memory training values in any of the EXPO profiles I just boot into safe mode.
In all 3 pictures values are all the same except for the random voltage values and ram speeds, which I believe are discrepant due to opening Zentimings too early.
Now are my timings too tight for 4 dimms? I would assume that these values are the ones right for this setup since I've gotten a stable boot and no errors with the consistent values.
What would be the next steps here? Initial post is linked at the bottom.

FCLK at 1800, why is it not at 2000?
Running 1T on a quad rank setup isn’t very likely to work out in itself, much less with AMD’s IMC.

What is the specific use case for 128GB of RAM?
Trying to run 4 sticks at XMP/expo settings for starters…
