Used to play this when it came out back on PS
But I’m on Xbox now and it’s on gamepass, and I really liked it so I downloaded it, and got excited to play it again.
Loads up fine, click multiplayer, “connecting to Xbox live” for like 15-20 mins then this error
Are servers down?

Yes, same is happening to me and it’s not due to high player count since I tried to play this game a few days ago; before it was on game pass and got the same thing.
This happens to a number of people, myself included. Have tried literally everything i can, hard reset my stuff, uninstall, reinstall, with and without the Dlcs installed. I havent been able to play this game in over 2 years because of this
So great of them to add a game to game pass but not have the devs push out a hotfix to fix this known issue. Does the same thing to me for Advanced Warfare so I’m wondering if its a Sledgehammer problem.
Doesn’t work for me either.
MP works for me but zombies gives me error code 32770
upvote this to bring it up: once at the first main menu, go to network settings, go offline, go online, go back to game, go to multiplayer
Goto network settings in the xbox pop up menu after you get this code, click go offline, wait 30 seconds. Click go online and then it should fire back up (:
