I'm currently using a NZXT Kraken X73 from 2020, but its efficiency has dropped significantly. The processor is already at 55-60 degrees at idle.
When it was running fine it could keep it at 70-72 degrees even under heavy load.
I'm not sure an air cooler could do that. And this is important because +boost is achieved below 70 degrees,
But a leg cooler does not need to be replaced every 4-5 years.
Which do you think is better for an i9-11900k?
Also, I'm currently using Noctua NT-H1 paste, what do you guys recommend, is there a better one?
Anyone have any experience with these coolers?

Liquid if you have a fishtank and love looking into your case.
High quality dual tower aircooler if you go for simplicity, easy repair (swap fan) and no pump noise.
Both options get the job done.
