man I still remember that 4-1 round on mirage.. elige for a second tried falling back, then pushed again, and got one-deaged by the mongolz. then they lost the round.
that miss from s1mple from ticket to a-main, and that repeek…
and slowly they started losing their composure..
s1mple looked so sad and stressed and redfaced…

Why would Faze sign him? He performed alright at the major (except for the last Mongolz series), but he’s also worth way too much to justify signing him.

How is this news today when s1mple pretty much confirmed last week that he’s not joining faze?

s1mple is never going to get in any form that can compete with the current generation who adapted to CS2 right away and have gained valuable experience. It would only be worth it to an org for merch and exposure because the name still brings lots of attention.
Why would anyone waste that much money for someone who won’t bring them championships? Oh yeah Faze would or so I thought. They are clout first wins later.
I don’t understand why navi is still asking for too much money. His contract is finished soon, and even though he’s a huge brand, he’s not streaming for them or doing any marketing or whatever. He’s also clearly not gonna play for them anymore.
So navi’s option are:
1) Keep paying him a salary (I know it’s reduced for benched players, doesn’t matter) and get literally nothing in return.
2) Sell him for some reasonable amount. Don’t have to pay him anymore. Don’t lose anything. No downsides.
