Will I get a third one if I reach 10k in any modes now ?

Yes. Note that you cannot get 3 medals next season again though. 2 medals max.
I think you get 3 once per year.
Cause I got 10k in mp and leggy br but i got only 2 medals

I made the same mistake and grinded for nothing
Yes. You haven’t gotten it yet this year for the ranked seasons. So if you did get 10k points in MP or BR you will get the third medal. You can onlynget three one time a year, so take advantage of it earlier in the ranked months for the year.
