Corsair dominator titanium DDR5 96GB(2X48). This boots at 6400mts but errors in 5 minutes in OCCT Mem test, also I have no GPU installed cause I'm waiting for my card to arrive. Any recommendations will be appreciated.
Can i achieve this? 6200mt/6400mt 1:1 or 7800/8000mt

What have you configured? usually using the iGPU makes things less stable so you might have to run slower until your GPU arrives and you can disable the iGPU.
FCLK should be 2133. Your tRAS looks off. Is this an EXPO profile or manual tune? vSOC is also high. 1.25 max is recommended
**Edit: Did not realize you’re unstable. Yeah most likely you need to run 6200MT/s 1:1. Your secondaries and primaries are loose enough for 1.4V at CL32 6400MT/s.**

Same processor, exactly same memory (Hynix M). A lot of room left in secondaries and primaries can be 32-[16/38]-38 at that voltage for a binned 64000 32-39-39 kit. tRAS can be set to 30. tRC is important, and can be set to 68 (tRP+tRAS).
Here are my timings for 6400MT/s CL32-[16-38]-34-30 tRC 64 at 1.31 Volts for the same binned Hynix M of CL32 6400MT/s at 1.4V.
Note the brackets, [16-38], denote the split tRCD. Almost all Hynix M kits can have tRCDWR set to 16 if your BIOS allows it–sometimes it’s hidden in the AMD overclocking menu (like on Gigabyte) and you’ll have to enter Hex values leave the subtimings configuration on Auto for tRCD.

Only thing that is variable is tRDRDSCL: some kits can hit 4 others need 5 or 6 at 6400MT/s.
tWTRL is also variable: Some can do 12, others 16 at 6400MT/s.
You also can run lower voltages to vDD, vDDQ, and CPU_VDDIO and increase your tREFI if you’re sub 50C and going to stay with CL32. CL30 needs 1.45V+ vDD but at that point you’ll have to keep tREFI near 50K if you stay under 60C.
Increase FCLK to 2133 to maintain a 3:2 ratio.
Lastly, it’s important to make sure tPHYRDL is trained similarly for each kit. This can be achieved as the last step in the AMD overclocking menu by modifying an initial training value.
Set flck to 2133
Raise soc to 1.3v, if it doesn’t work then you can’t do 6400.
