Is this ram/die good and a version? I am new sorry! I am leaning toward teamgrip as it has lower cl but are they both a die? Looking to start a new oc build thanks!

both are good, but gskill is well known for it’s good pins
If going for an amd build you should really get 6000mts cl30 as higher speeds makes it run at 2 to 1 meaning even if you get 8000mts its going ro be slower in real world tasks.
I would say these are both about the same, yes the teamgroup has lower cl but also higher voltage i would say both will do about the same timings. Also these are both hynix m-die
If you’re at micro center pick up one of their CPU MoBo RAM bundles, they’re a really good deal.
24gb sticks are all M die, not A die. They take slightly different timings as they have eight 3gb chips vs eight 2gb chips on 16gb sticks. I have team group t create sticks, micron m die 2×24.
