I started a new save with the option unlocking Phantom Liberty right away for the first time, and it seems Jackie's tuned arch is added directly to the vehicle list. From what I know the tuned version was only obtainable if you only started a Nomad AND got enough tech skill points for skillcheck. I almost never liked playing Nomad because of the lack of extra dialogue choices, so this is a pretty surprise for me. Interesting

Yeah, for whatever reason, starting from Phantom Liberty gives you the Nomad version of Jackie’s bike no matter what your life path was. It’s a thing!
I was also today years old when I knew there was a slower version of Jackie’s Arch! Hmm… just when I think I’ve learned everything about this game, CDPR throws me a tiny curve ball!

I even got dialogue about helping Jackie tuning it when with Misty before his offrenda. My V was also Corpo.
