    How to get Duel Beam Sabers – Freedom:
    1). Buy all 4 Legendary Operator skins,
    2). Buy all 4 Legendary Weapon skins,
    3). Collect Duel Beam Saber as reward

    *Note*, This is the only way to obtain it.
    To get the other two Legendary Melee skins …
    Buying all 4 Legendary Operator skins rewards you with one of them, Buying all 4 Legendary Weapon skins rewards you with the other.
    So if you buy all 8 main rewards from the two separate series draws (4 Legendary Operators and 4 Legendary Weapons), you will end up with all 3 of the Legendary Melee skins at the end.
