Yeah unfortunately V dies early if you dont use the inhaler. I was busy on a quest and died halfway through cause of it, had to restart the whole game

It would have been a nice detail if V took another hit after “The Ride” with Dex. Since that’s usually the next thing you do after your upgrades and it takes about an hour of in-game time.

That’s why Alt couldn’t save them by soulkilling them.
