I don’t think he’s the one playing John wick in payday though
When I first played this game, and Johnny finally showed up, I kinda thought I wasn’t going to like him all that much despite the hype.
But surprisingly enough, Keanu really worked for me. He’s a dramatic, abrasive, messy, raging fireball of a dude, and I think that works for just how deeply fucked up the Cyberpunk world is.
And it’s really cool seeing all his different comments towards various things around the city, and I enjoy his perspective in his conversations with V. I think Keanu adds some surprising versatilty to the role, enough to where I don’t much consider other actors in his place (though there’s certainly plenty of incredible actors that could have filled the slot).
Yeah honestly I love his character…he’s a douche but you cannot help finding him charismatic…you can’t help but like him
I didn’t read anything about the game beforehand, just knew he’d be in it. Was afraid, that they made him into a goody two shoes character and was well surprised to see such a layered character on screen. His development was amazing as well.
It’s one of his best prestation if not “the best” and it’s a bit sad because only gamers will ever see it! but at the same time, I feel privileged to have lived it ! Samurai forever ♥️
