Clean up the spaghetti.
Monitor mounts that clamp to desk…….. get some wire management stuff…personal opinion a sit stand desk frame then mount that desktop too but thats just IMO person preference)….mind you my setup is not some crazy thing but its clean and simple which is in short supply cause everyone trying to win the battlestation award lol

monitor arm, clean up the spaghetti mess and buy some greenery.
– Cable management
– Find the rightside speaker
– Add a chair
XL Mousepad, computer stand to get the PC off the floor, couple monitor mounts, and a cable management tray.
