So i have cyberpunk 2077, i bought it digitally like 2 years ago, decided to jump on today to play and the phantom liberty ad at the bottom said "click to download"
I dont own it and havent bought it, no one has my ps5 as primary, and its currently downloading?
Did they do a free handout of the dlc?
If not anyone know what happened?

Pretty sure it’s just the Phantom Liberty patch. It’ll add in Dogtown along with the new gameplay mechanics and loot, but you won’t be able to access it or any of the associated questlines.

So it downloaded fully and surprise! Actually works, had my doubts, but yup, full dlc all for free 😅, mayve i should buy a lottery ticket

Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t they promise the dlc for free who bought the game day 1 maybe that’s why he got it for free? Or I am confusing battlefield 2047 with this

Check your account balance, you probably have your card linked to your ps5 and you purchased when you cklicked install
~~This is interesting… I got the DLC the same way of PS5, I don’t remember buying it as I didn’t start playing Cyberpunk after the release until recently. I’ll have to check my PS5 transactions to confirm. Was the dlc ever on discount?~~

I got phantom liberty for free also. I think they did a promo a couple years back (probably when you bought it, because that’s when i got mine).

I always thought you got it for free if you purchased the first super glitched version they recalled and when they re released the game it was an added bonus
Since you’re playing on playstation I guess the answer is probably not, but I got it for free because I purchased the special Cyberpunk edition Xbox One X, which was an old gen system that came with the game, but since old gen didn’t get the DLC, I got that for free on my next gen console.
He game is just a Choom like that
