SBMM doesn’t make your teammates play shit – the teammates themselves do.
I’m on an similar 8-game losing streak and in each game, I’ve had teammates go AFK, not play OBJ, play with complete disregard to what the team is doing collectively, etc. All I can do is hold my own and protect my rank XP from being hit as hard as theirs.
Simply put, SBMM or indeed ANY sort of matchmaking has no idea what sort of god-awful-shenanigans that the players they try to balance in lobbies will do afterwards during matches.
Playing with 4-6 Fingers on a Tablet, you deserve this 100%
What helped me was learning [Nade Spots](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhXuSXH6bjZQ_TSg55MKXFvY7uDwbkgJs&si=BHJQUsVgyQvv_d8d). This allowed me cover multiple flags in dom or multiple choke points in hardpoint. It’s like having an extra teammate.
One of my favorite matches was coming back down 50+ points in Firing Range Dom with only FOUR players. (Link [here](https://youtu.be/OAywNa2McXs)) I was constantly tossing nades to the B and C flags while protecting A. (Restock FTW)
I was on a streak 9 matches winning i got the firm protector but now i am on a streak of losing the matches
