Cyberpunk 2077 is probably the only game that simulates the feeling of passing by someone attractive on the street that forces you to stop, look and listen to your heart and what it’s saying.

Yeh. These random interactions where an NPC suddenly focusses on you and makes extended eye contact like this.
Its really uncanny valley at times.
I noticed the occasional kid in dogtown makes sudden eye contact with v as well.
The devs really did a great job simulating this human experience.
