What's up everyone. Quick (probably dumb) question. I always run Veteran, cold blooded, and alertness. This guy I killed had specialist. Why didn't alert trigger when he was thar close to me? And vice versa? We were definitely close enough to each other for it to trigger

Specialist gives all perks simultaneously which includes cold blooded which blocks your alertness perk.
