I have a 9800X3D, Asus Strix B850-F (latest 1.2.0.3e BIOS), 32GB (16×2) Gskil 7200mt CL34 Hynix A-die single rank (moved from my previous 14900k build).
Now I have worked my way to this level of RAM OC.
I had to bump VDD and VDDQ to 1.45v for CL28 (1.40v was rock solid stable at CL30).
Should I refine it more or I am good as is?
CL30 gave me 67.7ns in Aida. CL28 gave me 66.6ns.
Temps go up to 50c in intense CoD sessions. I have a fan on top of memory sticks.
Suggestions welcomed.

Looks solid and pretty much as good as it gets for 1:1.
You could try to reduce VDDQ a bit, this can help with temps alot (maybe close to 1.4?)
You could try to get GDM off going, but thats just minmaxing
Nitro 1-2-0 or 1-2-1 with burst x8 might give a little better latency also just minaxing
Overall looks good tho
66.6ns? And I complain to myself about 60.1 ns 😳😳 (same 6400 1:1 but tighter values)

How much read and write speed do you get?
If it is stable, I would leave it as it is, but… is it stable? Did you run any memory stress tests? Karhu? TM5? At least for 2h to confirm that it is “Stable”.
If you want to push it further then first step GMD off, if not stable after GDM OFF bump vdd a little bit and test, also with GDM off tRDRDSCL and tWRWRSLC like 5 or 6 to be stable.
You can try also NITRO settings like 1/2/1 or 1/2/0 and burts x8 x8
Check if tPHYRDL is matched between the sticks – if mismatched, there will be little latency penalty.
You could try lower vsoc…
There are plenty of options, but everything is down to one question – How you define stable? What is stable for you? You can play one game, and it will be fine, but other one will crash…
Lots of things can be done on your primaries, start with moving to 26-14-26-32-60, and trfc to 120 or 115ns. Your tfaw is also way too low, it needs to be at least 32 with trrdL at 8.

Since then I took trfc down to 115ns, and trrdl to 8, and tfaw to 32
Check Nitro settings. aim for 1/2/0
also check if ur PHYRDL is matched between the sticks.

raise booth SCL to 5

and try if RDWR can run with 15
try to lower ur VDDQ to 1.35/1.40 for better thermals
and ofc try to run with GDM OFF. This needs SCL´s at 5 i guess.
RFC at 120ns also an option but its alr low so. yeah
