VSoC is maxed at 1.3v. I managed to run TestMem 5 for a little over 2 hours before it failed.

Is this possible or am I wasting my time? What can I try?

    You should test the SoC with regular loose EXPO subtimings at 6400MT/s and raise your tCL to 32 before tightening sub-timings back down.

    Also your tREFI is quite loose… should be fine at those SPD temps, but it is cutting it close as the sensor is not always near the actual hotspots and 65K tREFI really needs cool RAM.

    If you don’t want to loosen back to EXPO, you can do one run by increasing tCL to 32 and decreasing tREFI to 50K.

    Edit: a stray Error 2 is exactly what I get when running multiple hours at 6400MT/s CL30 at 1.41V. Hence why I run CL32 at 1.31V. You can also increase your vDD but you will definitely have to decrease tREFI to at least 56K. You can likely also run a lower vSoC if you first tune vSoC voltage on loose timings at 6400MT/s. Note this is a tedious process.

    It is possible, just go to your motherboards memory presets (most motherboards have it these days) and choose a preset based on rank, capacity, speed and memory die manufacturer.
    Then just manually set the expo primary cl timing if needed and the tREFI and then you’re prolly gtg.
    I got the best timings and latency like this on my Asus board.
