This is one of the best fishing games I've ever played. It's so simple yet addictive. Probably the best pixel art I've ever seen as well. I thought I'd play for a total of like an hour when I got it and so far I'm like 10 hours in within a week. I just had to gush over this a bit because man its such a good fishing game.

Man I just looked this up and would want to play it, but I can’t bring myself to download a game with a dog as your loyal companion just yet… just had to put my girl down last month and just seeing that short trailer made me sad. One day though… looks very relaxing and beautiful
I wanted to recommend it to a friend, but it’s PC only right now. Need to get it on Switch.

If you like fishing, RDR2 is great. I spend like 5-6 hours a week just hunting and fishing

I’m enjoying it, but imo it’s definitely overpriced for what’s there.
Just played the demo a little while ago and absolutely loved it. It looks adorable and it is REALLY addictive. Glad to see others enjoyed it too! 😀

It looks really nice on the Steam deck and is perfect for just relaxing. To understand what you are getting into yes there is an upgrade system to your gear and to unlock more locations but the game tells you what it is in its name. Cast, chill and admire the wonderful pixel art scenery
I picked up Tiny Aquarium today, way better and a third of the cost.
I downloaded the demo and got through it in about an hour (to be expected).
However, I get the impression that there really isn’t much progression in the full version. A few new fish, a couple new locations, but other than that it still seems like the game is super repetitive without much payoff.
That being said, I still plan to continue playing the demo on those late nights when im drinking and having a bowl.
