maybe they don’t have enough desk space or they like tiny monitors. when i got my first monitor i thought it was huge because i was so used to tiny laptop screens.

Maybe the OLED is 60hz and the other 120

My main monitor is 27″ widescreen 1080p and the secondary is 14″ 4k amoled…

The main is great for gaming without being too demanding and the secondary is amazing for anything that has to be pretty lol

  4. Totally normal. He’s probably more into competitive gaming so he prioritizes more Hz than a better res. I have 3 oleds and my main monitor is still just FHD changed to 1440×1080 360hz.

I’m like that 90% sure that is a benQ monitor , they are E sports monitors with a TN pannel with a very low response time and aren’t prone to ghosting like oled monitors , your friend into fps games ? I figured with the mouse and keyboard positioned like that lmao

If it really is an OLED monitor, in time, he will soon learn why it’s a terrible mistake to have any desktop background other than a solid black color

  7. I wouldn’t have an OLED as a first monitor or a second monitor with all the flicker. As good as the colour and B/W depth is they’re crap for your eyes.

Sometimes the corn screen needs to be of a higher quality lol

Man I would sell both and get a 1440p 480hz or at least 360hz OLED as a main monitor

I almost did this when I went from my 27in 1440p to 27 4k but I ended up just gifting it to a friend instead

Having 2nd monitor as oled is okay but having it vertically is not okay.
